Currently, the agricultural industry has received a great demand for waste due to environmental consequences that have affected the quality of life of each individual. Therefore, it is important that environmental management implements these wastes in a means of application, such as the conversion of waste, to added value for production in agriculture, livestock, among others.
Particularly, Peru has different varieties of native foods such as sacha inti, aguaymanto, camu camu, cañihua, which can be revalued; However, nutritional values could be added through innovative formulations for the population, as well as implemented in the food industry. For this reason, this edition of the Innova Biology Sciences magazine presents different alternatives for disposable products for conservation, with the intention of revaluing the native foods of Peru and giving them added value for the consumer.
